Sous Chef
The Role
Our client requires a sous chef to work alongside the Head chef in a very busy gastro pub kitchen.
The successful candidate will hold a current food hygiene certificate at level 2 or above and have at least 3 years working in a kitchen. You will be required to assist the Head chef in food preparation, service and take on managerial duties in their absence. Good knowledge of dietary and allergy requirements are essential.
The role is based over 5 days (42 hours per week). An excellent remuneration package is available for the right candidate.
